The Raconteurs: The Raconteurs Announce Two Nashville Shows
The Raconteurs will be performing two shows in Nashville, TN at the Mercy Lounge on April 14th and 15th to kick off their North American tour.
Pre-sale tickets will go on sale this Friday via the band’s website at 10 am CST, you will need to go to the "tour dates" section of theraconteurs.com and click on the pre-sale link at the top of the page to access them.
There is a two ticket limit per person and you must be 18 years of age or older to attend. All tickets will be held at will call and can only be picked up with the proper ID of the person who purchased them, no name changes will be allowed. Once tickets are picked up from will call, immediate entry into the venue is necessary.

The Raconteurs: Video for Salute Your Solution
The Raconteurs: The Raconteur's new album "Consolers Of The Lonely" comes out March 25th
 
The Raconteurs are happy to announce that in one week’s time their second album, entitled "Consolers Of The Lonely", will be available EVERYWHERE Tuesday, March 25th.
"Album" meaning: full length vinyl, CD and digital formats; and "everywhere" meaning: local mom and pop Indie retailers, corporate superstores, supermarkets, iTunes, Amazon, the band’s own website and any other location that could get the record up and going this quickly (some places couldn’t move this fast, so they will join in as soon as they can).
The album was mastered and completed in the first week of March. It was then taken immediately to a vinyl pressing plant. Then to a CD pressing plant. Then preparations to sell it digitally began. March 25th became the soonest date to have it available in EVERY FORMAT AT ONCE. The band have done no interviews or advertisements for this record before this announcement.
There will be a video up on the internet for the first single, "Salute Your Solution", on the 25th as well, provided it gets edited in time. We just filmed it the other day!

Tour Info: NEW Poster sale on webstore - Thurs Feb 21st at 3:33pm EST
Poster sale on webstore
A limited amount of posters from The White Stripes 2007 dates will be available from their webstore Thursday 21st February at 3.33pm EST.
The sale will include designs from the following cities: Rome, Milan, Vienna, Paris, Charlottetown, Montreal, Thunder Bay, Moncton, London ONT, New York (Irving Plaza) and Nashville. These posters are tour leftovers and will be priced according to condition.
A very small amount of posters from cancelled shows in Albuquerque, Austin and Inglewood will also be available, as will a 2006 tour poster from Japan.
Sales will be restricted to one poster per person.

album/single release: Conquista release dates
In addition to the US release of "Conquista" on CD and 7" vinyl in the US on February 19th, it will also be released in Spain on March 4th. This Spanish language version of "Conquest" will appear credited to Las Rayas Blancas and comes with the following track listing:
